Pricing
Probably the most important reason why you already have a fuel card or are thinking about using a Fuelwise fuel card. Fuelwise offer one price that is available at all filling stations available on our network – no matter what part of the country you are travelling in.
Fuelwise can save our clients up to 6cpl on diesel in Ireland when compared to the average pump price quoted on the AA Ireland website (www.aaireland.ie/petrolprices) *
In the UK prices can be up to 4ppl less than pump prices and even less when compared to motorway service stations.
*Please note we can be up to 6cpl less than the average pump price in Ireland when the price of oil is stable, in a rising oil market the difference can be less than 6cpl and in a declining oil market Fuelwise can sometimes be more than 6cpl cheaper. The AA Ireland do not endorse Fuelwise in any way and the price advertised on their website is only meant to be used as a comparison purposes only and the saving of 6cpl can in no way be guaranteed.
Price Notification
Always know what price you will be paying. We update our customers with price changes by either email or text message. When you sign up for a Fuelwise fuel card please let your account manager know which method (or both) suits you. It’s your money, you need to know what price you are paying.
Network

Our UK network is based along major routes and motorways and for the smaller user we have teamed up with Morrisons Supermarkets to offer you access to their forecourts with your Fuelwise fuel card. (Click here for sites available in UK)
Interest Free Credit
With credit a major issue in the world today you will be glad to know that you can still get interest free credit with Fuelwise. As with any “credit” card the amount of credit will be subject to status which we will assess when you sign up for your Fuelwise card (apply here)
Security
All of your Fuelwise fuel cards will have Chip & PIN technology. This means, like any bank card, you will need a PIN number to activate your card.
Fuelwise also tailor your fuel cards around the needs of your fleet of vehicles. If you have a HGV then we can put a limit on your card that will enable you to restrict your refuelling to whatever capacity your vehicle holds, maybe 1200 litres per fill.
If, however, some of your fleet are transit vans then we can set a limit on the cards to allow you only 100 litres per fill.
You can even restrict your card to certain days of the week, so if you know your drivers will never be working at weekends then we can set the cards to operate during week days.
Naturally we can place no restrictions on the cards to enable you to use it when you please and to take as much fuel as you require. All restrictions will be discussed with your account manager when ordering cards. (Already a customer? Then order new cards or stop lost / stolen cards here)
Invoicing
Our invoicing gives a detailed drawing report of where, when and how much fuel was taken and broken down by individual cards. (See sample invoice here)
All invoices are VAT approved by the relevant authorities in Ireland and the UK.
Sign up here for Ebill and receive your invoice by email. This can be sent to the right department and you can print as many copies as your require. This cuts down paper wastage and reduces the risk of losing hard copy invoices posted to you.
Webfuels
Our online fuel card account system allows you to log onto your account and see all your drawings and check for forgotten PIN numbers and see any restrictions you may have placed on your cards. Fuel taken in any day is usually updated online by 10am the next morning (except weekends).
To sign up you will need your account number, account name, main contact, telephone number, email address and a password. To sign up click here and follow the instructions.
Personal Account Manager
You will be allocated a dedicated account manager. This person will be responsible for looking after your requirements and keeping in touch with you on a regular basis. If any issues arise you will have their direct line telephone number and you will be able to contact them Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm.
