Telesales Executives - Coleraine / Galway
When you’re dealing with some of our most important clients, or calling brand new leads, it’s only fair that you should earn the biggest and best rewards. That’s why, when you join our team, you can look forward to an uncapped commission plan on top of your basic pay.
You’ll be making calls to clients, building and maintaining relationships with them to encourage new and repeat business, a sincere approach is required to build rapport and gain client confidence simultaneously. But this isn’t just a chance to show off your great client management skills, you’ll also need the sales know-how and sharp negotiation skills to hit your targets.
It’s no walk in the park and you’ll need a resilient and upbeat personality to be able to easily bounce back after a difficult call and offer your next client the same level of outstanding service. Determined and motivated, you’ll be used to working in a target-driven environment, and will be able to draw on both your customer service and sales expertise to get the best result every time.
What you will need is: a minimum of 1 year sales experience, preferably within a telesales environment. Excellent communication and listening skills, a good standard of education with a firm understanding of Microsoft products.

Full Job Description - Telesales Executive
- Overall Purpose of Position
» We want our clients to stay with us and to get the most out of our products and services. This role will look to retain existing Fuelwise clients while they’re still happy, when they have stopped using our services or to grow our existing data base by adding new clients. - Key Accountabilities
» Take calls from clients looking to leave us and use your sales, service skills and learnt techniques to retain them and to maximise revenue from each such interaction
» Hit sales, revenue and retention targets while achieving all performance KPI's to agreed levels and standards
» Provide and sell to our clients appropriate information on all products and services
» Provide pricing and quotations to our clients as appropriate
» Maintain and improve your product knowledge, campaign and competitor information
» Maintain and improve your sales ability in order to consistently review performance and take appropriate action to improve
» Ensure that Fuelwise is represented at all times in a professional and courteous manner and within the ethical boundaries of the brand values
» Play an active role in feeding back client reaction to offers and products in order to maximise the opportunity to retain
» Identify process barriers to delivering an exceptional client experience - Education and Work Experience
» We’ll want to see experience of working to targets and deadlines within a pressured environment. You’ll have a proven track record of target and objective achievements. It’d be great if you have previous experience of telesales, but we will provide all the training you need so it’s not essential - Knowledge (Language, IT, etc)
» You’ll be using our online systems to help you better serve our clients. We’ll give you all the training you need but you will need to have used computers before and be comfortable with them. The fact that you’ve found our online advert means that you’ve almost certainly got the computer skills that we need. - Personal Skills
» You’ll enjoy working to and hitting targets but you’ll also know the difference between selling for selling’s sake and selling because that’s what’s best for the customer.
